What are the delivery options?

The delivery options are as follows: standard delivery times are 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery fees are $20, but in-store pickup is free. Additional fees may apply for certain remote areas or communities.

Can I transfer data from my current phone to the new one?

In-store, we offer a data transfer service for $39.99. Certain conditions apply. For more information, feel free to contact us or visit one of our locations directly.

How can I find out if I am eligible for corporate offers?

What criteria do you use to assess the value of my phone?

The value of the device is determined based on several criteria, such as the brand, model, and overall condition (for example, the screen, cameras, battery, features, etc.). To find out the value of your phone, fill out our form here. We will send you the requested information as soon as possible.

Is it possible to pay for my purchases in installments?

We offer you the option to pay in 4 interest-free installments over 6 weeks with Sezzle. Simply select this option at checkout for your purchase(s). With Sezzle, no credit check is performed, and it will not affect your credit score.

What payment methods are accepted for my purchases?

We accept payments by credit card, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. We also offer quick payment options with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

What do the different grades of used phones represent?

The letters indicate the condition of the refurbished phone:

New: Brand new device, never used. It may come in an opened box or a sealed box.

A: Like new – The device has no scratches or almost none.

B: Very good condition – The device shows minor signs of use that are barely noticeable.

C: Good condition – It shows normal signs of wear. The device has no major dents and is not cracked.

D: Acceptable condition – The device shows significant signs of wear.

Broken: The device has technological or physical damage.

Do you offer warranties on used phones?

The warranty is 90 days for our used phones. This warranty covers only material defects and excludes normal wear and tear, as well as damage resulting from misuse, such as physical or liquid damage. Additionally, software issues caused by a manufacturer update are not covered by this warranty.
